Customer Support Engineer - No Experience Welcome

. Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site technical services at customer sites (local & overseas).

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability

• Travel overseas on short notice for service assignments (travel-ready role).

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Electronics-Mechanical Engineering

• Willing to travel overseas within the Southeast Asia region if necessary
