You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Products support mainly on core products such as Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC) and GC/MSD. Our varied product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
Job Description:
l Install, commission, and validate laboratory instruments at customer sites (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, chromatography systems, etc.).
l Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and qualification (IQ/OQ) in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
l Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
l Provide timely corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
l Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation in accordance with GMP and ISO requirements.
l Support customers during audits by providing necessary service documentation.
l Provide user training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
l Coordinate with the Sales and Application teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities
l Maintain accurate records in CRM/service management systems.
l Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies when working in laboratory and cleanroom environments.
Job Requirements:
. A Bachelors of Degree within the science field - e.g. Chemistry Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent.
. 3+ years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user.
. Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving.
. Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.
. Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.
. You enjoy travelling and visiting customers.
. Language requirement: English
