As Customer Support Associate, you'll be the friendly and reassuring first point of contact for customers. You will:
- Handle enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide timely, accurate and warm service that makes customers feel heard.
- Deepen your sense of empathy as every interaction you make helps someone access the healthcare they need.
- Be a problem solver by working across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution.
- Be a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Play a key role in enhancing our overall customer experience.

What You Bring
- GCE O/A Levels or Polytechnic Diploma.
- Clear and confident communication with excellent phone etiquette.
- Service-oriented mindset and a desire to help others.
- Proficient typing speed, and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work a 5.25-day week (alternate half-day Saturdays).
- Ability to multi-task and toggle between various systems.
- Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply. Those with relevant customer service or call centre experience will be highly advantageous.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position.
- Ability to converse in other languages (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is a plus as you could be required to handle non-English speakers.
Other
- Subjected to performance, the position is convertible to permanent after 12months duration.
