We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM) to serve as the primary point of contact for our government and enterprise clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring measurable customer outcomes through our cutting-edge robotic solutions.
As a Sr. CSM, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and directly influence customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate must combine world-class customer empathy with the strategic fluency to navigate Singapore's public sector landscape and build institutional partnerships at the highest level.
