We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote (Germany)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-Level

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with clients, drive product adoption, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of customers, product, and business in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customers.
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and escalations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor customer health, retention metrics, and satisfaction scores.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
