You will lead client onboarding projects, deliver training, coordinate implementations, and help clients achieve value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client onboarding projects from project kick-off to successful go-live.
- Coordinate and deliver client training sessions.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure seamless implementations.
- Configure initial system setups and support onboarding activities.
- Monitor onboarding progress and client adoption.
- Develop and improve onboarding processes and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support during implementation.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain excellent stakeholder communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and adoption.
- Progressively develop into managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, customer success, financial services, or technology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience within financial markets, fintech, or electronic trading environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of FX markets, eFX platforms, BidFX, MaxxTrader, FIX protocols, or APIs would be beneficial.
