Job Description

Meson is a leading mobile mediation platform that helps app developers monetize their apps through effective ad mediation. With a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences, Meson has become a trusted partner for mobile app developers across the globe.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our platform, from onboarding through to ongoing support. This role will require a combination of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support publishers onboarding from initial conversation to going live on our platform
  • Work closely with customers to help achieve their goals on the platform
  • Be the customer owner for the platform, ensuring that customer needs are met, and issues are resolved quickly
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices for using our platform to maximize their revenue
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise for clients
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and take action to improve as needed
  • Be the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs and pain points
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform client interactions and platform improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the mobile advertising or SaaS industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform is a plus
