Are you passionate about education, leadership, and making a real impact At LCentral, we're looking for a Centre Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team, and create a fun, engaging, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.
Whether you have prior management experience or are a highly motivated graduate ready to grow into the role, we welcome driven individuals who are eager to step up, take initiative, and make a difference.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the customer experience, enrolment growth and day-to-day operations of an LCentral centre.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the centre. You will be one of the main points of contact for parents, from their first enquiry and assessment through enrolment, programme progression and renewal.
Beyond providing excellent customer service, you will be responsible for turning enquiries into enrolments, building lasting relationships with families, improving student retention and working with the centre team to achieve its growth targets.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes ownership of results and is comfortable balancing customer service, sales, operations and team coordination.
Manage enquiries and build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
Understand students learning needs and recommend suitable LCentral programmes.
Follow up on enquiries, assessments and trial lessons to drive enrolment and achieve conversion targets.
Build strong relationships with existing families to support student retention, renewals and programme progression.
Monitor key centre performance indicators, including leads, enrolments, conversion, withdrawals and student growth.
Handle parent feedback and concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
Support centre-based marketing, events and lead-generation activities.
Oversee daily centre operations, including class schedules, student attendance, payments and administrative matters.
Work closely with teachers to ensure parents receive timely updates on their child's learning progress.
Lead and support the centre team in maintaining high standards of customer service and centre operations.
Work towards the centre's enrolment, retention and overall growth targets.
Diploma/Degree with relevant experience in customer service, sales, education, retail, hospitality or centre operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented.
Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and working towards targets.
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Able to take ownership, solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the education/enrichment industry or team supervision is an advantage.
Able to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Training and ongoing support.
Opportunities for career development and progression.
A dynamic and collaborative working environment.
A role where you can directly contribute to the growth of the centre and make a difference in students learning journeys.
If you enjoy working with people, building relationships and achieving results, we would love to hear from you.
