Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and departmental revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities to support business growth.
  • Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and preliminary system designs.
  • Provide innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance and market visibility.
  • Strengthen brand recognition through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and associate companies.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of security systems and concepts to provide effective client consultation.
  • Participate in project coordination, site meetings, and client discussions as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution-based or project sales, preferably within security-related fields or multinational organizations.
  • Experience in IT solutions or Audio-Visual systems sales will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
