Role Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding.
  • Understand customer goals and help them maximize the value of the company's products or services.
  • Monitor customer usage, engagement, and feedback to identify potential issues or opportunities.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, product training, and business reviews with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
  • Track customer success metrics and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies is often preferred.
