This is the first Customer Success Manager role in APAC, based in Singapore, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of primarily APAC-based clients. Reporting to the UK & APAC Team Lead, you will own client relationships end-to-end, drive platform adoption, ensure value delivery, and lead renewals and retention across two core Maritime SaaS solutions.
You will act as the main point of contact for shipowners, charterers, and engineering companies, delivering onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Analysts, Tech, and Project teams. The role also involves identifying upsell opportunities and feeding client insights back into the business.
Ideal profile:
Client-facing experience in B2B SaaS (CSM, Account Management, or Project Management), exposure to the maritime/offshore sector, strong communication skills, a structured and proactive mindset, and the ability to work in Singapore. Experience or interest in offshore wind, maritime digitalisation, and the energy transition is highly valued.
