Job Description

Account Management Scope

  • Be the point of contact for existing clients, address any concerns, inquiries, or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that new projects and requests are followed-up on and delivered in accordance to internal service levels
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and maximize revenue opportunities

Business Development Scope

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Marketing Scope

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
