Sharon AI is building the infrastructure powering the next generation of artificial intelligence. Operating across high-performance GPU compute, AI infrastructure and enterprise-scale platforms, we support advanced AI workloads for customers across the globe.

As we continue to scale across the APAC region, we are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead strategic relationships with some of Sharon AI's largest enterprise customers across Asia, including China, with opportunity to support broader regional growth across India, Singapore, Japan and Australia.

This is a high-touch, enterprise-facing role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced technology environments and enjoys building trusted customer partnerships within technically complex infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to customers while coordinating closely with internal operational, platform and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

This is not a junior coordination or support role — it is a commercially aware, customer-facing position critical to customer trust, retention, adoption and long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Enterprise Customer Ownership

  • Act as Sharon AI's primary relationship owner across strategic APAC enterprise accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with both technical and executive-level customer stakeholders
  • Lead customer engagement across onboarding, operational delivery and ongoing success initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor helping customers maximise value from Sharon AI's AI infrastructure capabilities

Strategic Customer Success

  • Drive long-term customer adoption, retention and expansion opportunities through strategic engagement and partnership
  • Identify customer risk signals early and coordinate proactive resolution strategies
  • Support high-priority incidents and escalations with professionalism, urgency and composure
  • Partner closely with platform, operations and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide strategic guidance to align customer objectives, delivery outcomes and operational priorities

Commercial & Regional Growth

  • Build executive-level customer relationships that support long-term platform adoption and account growth
  • Partner with leadership and commercial teams to identify opportunities for strategic expansion across customer environments
  • Support the ongoing growth and scaling of Sharon AI's APAC customer operations
  • Provide coverage across both Mandarin and English-speaking customer environments throughout the region

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience within Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Enterprise Service Delivery roles
  • Strong background supporting enterprise customers within cloud, infrastructure, SaaS or AI-related environments
  • Native or highly fluent Mandarin language capability alongside strong business English communication skills
  • Experience supporting customers across China and/or broader Southeast Asia highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management capability across both technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to operate autonomously within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support customer retention, adoption and expansion initiatives
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise customer priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and engage deeply with AI infrastructure, GPU platforms and advanced technology environments
  • Comfortable participating in shared escalation and after-hours coverage rotations as required
