Description

A public listed corporation, our client is a global leader in the design, building, and operation of data centers. They are currently looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their growing corporation.

As part of a 3-man team, the Customer Success Executive will support all customers orders related to network connectivity services by providing top notch customer service to create a positive customer experience. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the incumbent will manage customer enquiries and finalizing all activities related to product selection.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a reputable company that prioritizes work life balance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Nitec/ Diploma
  • Candidates with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in Telecommunication (telco) would have a strong advantage
  • Candidates with no prior experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Working experience in Full sets of Accounts is a must
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS appications
