Responsibilities:
1. Conduct and support customer onboarding and follow-up sessions
2. Guide customers on software workflows and practical application
3. Support customer usage, adoption, and day-to-day software application
4. Handle client inquiries, clarify issues, and coordinate escalation when needed
5. Conduct software training, workshops, and customer engagement activities
6. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HQ teams to support customer success initiatives
7. Document customer issues, follow-up actions, product feedback, and service updates accurately
8. Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and internal coordination when required
9. Help identify customer usage gaps and provide suitable follow-up support to improve adoption
Requirements:
1. Based in Singapore
2. Able to speak and write Chinese and English
3. Background in Quantity Surveying, construction, or related field
4. Hands-on experience in quantity take-off, tender measurement, or project work
5. Experience using Cubicost software is highly preferred
6. Experience with TAS / TRB / TME / TBQ will be an advantage
7. Good understanding of rebar / reinforcement works, drawings, and measurement logic
8. Familiar with construction-related workflows, especially QS or tender processes
9. Comfortable communicating with clients, internal teams, and different stakeholders
10. Able to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
11. Patient, service-oriented, and willing to support users with different learning speeds
12. Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
13. Independent, proactive, organized, and willing to learn
14. Willing to travel locally for client meetings or training when required
