Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Success Consultant to support client relationship management and influencer marketing SaaS project implementation. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about data-driven marketing, social media ecosystems, and digital commerce trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong client relationships and delivering professional business solutions based on the company's technology and data capabilities.
  • Understand clients business objectives, operational requirements, and marketing goals while effectively managing expectations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans, coordinating closely with internal product, technical, and development teams to ensure successful SaaS platform deployment.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, implementation progress, and potential risks to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Monitor project profitability and resource utilization with strong commercial and cost-management awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal data, strategy, operations, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive client success.
  • Support clients in understanding platform features, reporting capabilities, and best practices related to influencer marketing and social media analytics.
  • Stay updated on global social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce industry trends to better support client business growth.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR eligible only.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to support Chinese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer success, account servicing, project management, SaaS implementation, digital marketing, or data solution-related roles.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media analytics, Social Listening, CDP, CRM, marketing technology, or data analytics platforms will be an advantage.
  • Experience in preparing, interpreting, or presenting business reports such as social listening reports, CRM/e-commerce reports, or consulting/research reports is preferred.
  • Familiarity with overseas social media platforms and e-commerce ecosystems, including platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, luxury, beauty, and FMCG industries.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
