Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Associate to support our corporate operations and client servicing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling statutory corporate filings, coordinating regulatory submissions, and ensuring smooth execution of client requests related to Singapore entities.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for operational and compliance-related client requests;
  • Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with clients throughout processes;
  • Manage client tickets, ensure timely response; 
  • Ensure high standards of responsiveness and customer experience;

Corporate Filing & Compliance

  • Handle Annual General Meeting (AGM) filings and related compliance activities for Singapore entities;
  • Prepare and submit company incorporation filings with ACRA;
  • Process share-related filings and other ad hoc corporate filings through ACRA;
  • Handle Singapore Business Federation (SBF) exemption filings and related submissions;
  • Manage adhoc Apostilling and notarisation requirements;

Operational Support

  • Maintain internal records and compliance trackers;
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation management;
  • Coordinate internally with operations, compliance, and finance teams where required;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related fields;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, customer success, or operations roles is preferred;
  • Familiarity with ACRA BizFile+ processes, SBF exemption filings, and Singapore corporate compliance requirements is advantageous;
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools;
