What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across Singapore and Southeast Asia, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to customer queries by providing clear explanations of product features, app functionality, and commercial information.
- Collaborate with UK-based technology teams to resolve technical issues swiftly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business leads and nurture relationships with prospective clients through tailored demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure in partnership with international sales colleagues.
- Support deployments of advanced navigation technology by assisting with project management tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect feedback from customers and deployment partners to inform process improvements and enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular on-site app testing at deployment locations, gathering data and reporting bugs or usability issues for continuous improvement.
- Assist in establishing legal and operational frameworks for regional activities, including setting up office infrastructure and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and HR partners to facilitate smooth regional operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating commitment to professional development. MBA preferred!
- At least three + years experience in sales, account management or customer success within deep tech or B2B SaaS environments.
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders across cultures.
- Proven track record managing full sales cycles from prospecting through deal closure.
- Technical curiosity paired with the ability to explain complex software concepts in an accessible manner to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational abilities allowing you to manage multiple priorities efficiently while adapting to changing circumstances.
- Experience working independently as a self-starterespecially as the first hire in a new market or region.
- Demonstrated project management skills supporting successful delivery of technology deployments.
