Our client a leading global technology company operating one of the world's largest digital platforms, is looking for a data driven, client solutions manager to partner with key clients across Asia Pacific and help translate their business objectives into marketing and engagement strategies using data analytics.
This is an 8-months contract.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with advertisers and agency partners, understanding their business goals and growth opportunities.
- Advise clients on full-funnel digital marketing strategies to improve campaign performance, scalability, and ROI.
- Use data and analytics to identify insights, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Drive adoption of enterprise solutions such as business messaging, automation, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools.
- Lead client meetings and present recommendations, insights, and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Ensure successful execution of strategies while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing strategy, consulting, account management, or client advisory roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
