Act as the point of contact for assigned marketfor queries related tologistic and parts ordering question or request for help
Handle and resolve customer complaints according to Logbook
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries from systems and liaise with all relevant departments locally or overseas
Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis for customers and management
Monitor open customer orders and ensure timely delivery
Keep the customer informed about any delay or change of deliveries, processes and all other business relevant information
Process orders according cut off and shipping schedule
Maintain proper documentation related to customers info into share drive
Backorder management and work closely with Inventory Planning to minimize backorders
Requirements:
Degree with 3 years of experience in customer service in automotive or service industry preferred
Service-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good knowledge in SAP
Microsoft office proficient
Knowledge and experience in supply chain
