Job Description

Company : Automotive MNC

  • Act as the point of contact for assigned marketfor queries related tologistic and parts ordering question or request for help
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints according to Logbook
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries from systems and liaise with all relevant departments locally or overseas
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis for customers and management
  • Monitor open customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Keep the customer informed about any delay or change of deliveries, processes and all other business relevant information
  • Process orders according cut off and shipping schedule
  • Maintain proper documentation related to customers info into share drive
  • Backorder management and work closely with Inventory Planning to minimize backorders

  • Degree with 3 years of experience in customer service in automotive or service industry preferred
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge in SAP
  • Microsoft office proficient
  • Knowledge and experience in supply chain
