Senior Project Delivery & Technical Support Specialist

Financial Markets Technology | APAC Client Delivery

A global financial technology business is hiring a senior client-facing delivery specialist to support enterprise deployments across APAC.

The company provides secure communication, voice and collaboration technology used by leading financial institutions globally, with a strong focus on cloud-native infrastructure, real-time trading communications and enterprise connectivity.

This role sits at the intersection of:

The Role

You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for enterprise financial services clients across the APAC region, supporting implementations from pre-sales architecture through to deployment, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing full project lifecycle delivery across multiple enterprise clients
  • Supporting RFP responses, solution documentation and implementation planning
  • Designing and implementing advanced voice and network solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues remotely and on-site
  • Supporting integrations, testing and configuration across cloud and networking environments
  • Reviewing client infrastructure including firewall, proxy and connectivity setups
  • Working closely with Support, Engineering and DevOps teams to resolve client issues
  • Supporting onboarding and mentoring within the professional services function
  • Acting as a key technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Knowledge of APIs, SaaS implementations and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly desirable:

  • Trading floor technology or trader voice environments
  • SBC / Oracle Acme Packet experience
  • Financial services or capital markets exposure
