Job Description & Requirements
- Coordinate import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Monitor shipment timelines and resolve any logistical issues promptly
- Provide regular shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and international trade regulations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other agencies
- Provide support with sales & marketing, providing quotations, indoor sales calls, and customer inquiries
- Process invoicing and Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by your immediate Manager
Requirements:
- GCE N/O levels, Diploma.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, Excel).
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination is an advantage.
