Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers enquiries on our services and requirements through various channels such as phone calls, emails and text messages
- Provide support on transport operations of multiple international and local schools
- Address any complaints or issues faced by customers and resolve them in an effective and timely manner
- Establish good rapport and support to customers
- Involves with the Operations of bus fleet/ job taskings
- To provide timely verification and resolution of payment matters or issues such as subcon invoice. Bus Attendant salary and bus fare collection
- Data Entries
- Front desk and administration duties
- Ad hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements
Able to work on public holiday and weekend duties.
