Customer Service & Support

-Showroom upkeeping and maintenance

-Attending to customers & their quote /queries

-Coordinating with production & sales department on job delivery

-Upkeep service standards and ensure total customer satisfaction

-Professionally & Effectively resolve any dispute or complaints

-Sourcing of special items under client request

-Liaise & Sourcing of suppliers and ensure timely stock delivery

-Good Understanding of inhouse products applications and designs

-Event planning & marketing support

-Inventory upkeeping

-Able to work as a Collaboratively as a Team & independently

-Good Communication Skills, well versed verbal & written English

-Maintain a professional image

- Data entry

- Ad hoc reports & reports reconciliation

-5 Days work week but must work on Saturday & Sunday (Off on weekday)
