Job Responsibilities:
. Handle the day-to-day task activities of customer service.
. Prepare and follow up on enquiry / quotation / phone calls / email promptly
. Maintain accurate data for sales & service tracking and reporting purpose.
. Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales.
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
. GCE N/O/A Level/NITEC and above
. No relevant experiences needed (training will be provided)
. Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally.
. Proficient in MS-Office applications.
