Job Description
- Oversee and drive demand forecasting and supply planning, ensuring alignment with customer needs, budgets, and S&OP processes across both short- and long-term horizons.
- Collaborate with commercial teams, distributors, and key accounts to manage inventory, orders, and pipeline, while leading regular planning and review sessions.
- Maintain reliable product availability and high service standards by coordinating with regional and global supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams, proactively addressing potential supply risks.
- Track, analyze, and enhance key metrics including forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, service levels, and backorder performance to support continuous improvement.
- Act as the central point of contact for supply chain matters, resolving demand and supply issues, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication with global stakeholders.
- Drive cost-effective supply chain operations by minimizing excess, obsolescence, and write-offs, while implementing scalable service and distribution solutions.
- Lead and contribute to supply chain initiatives and projects, including new regional setups, process enhancements, and system optimization (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or any related discipline.
- Possess minimally 4 years of regional experiencein supply chain, preferably in a regional role handling multiple markets and regional distributors.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP/advanced planning systems (SAP), and best practices.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare supply chain is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen able to make independent decisions with a customer-focused perspective.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills able to convey complex supply chain matters clearly and build robust relationships across APAC, International, and US teams.
- Highly organized, with effective time management, prioritization, and commitment to quality and results.
