Job Scope:
- Ensure customer service officers adhere to company policies, procedures, and workflow standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members and cross-functional departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Lead and support the customer service team in meeting deadlines, maintaining order accuracy, and resolving customer issues.
- Manage sales orders across multiple channels, including email and WhatsApp.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain fair and effective duty rosters.
- Handle service and product-related complaints professionally, including managing escalations.
- Track customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to elevate service quality.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and coordinate staff scheduling, particularly during absences or peak workloads.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure operational continuity and conduct regular performance reviews to support employee development.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- MUST have experience in team management
