Manage and supervise a team of Customer Service Officer
To plan and manage the manpower at the customer service counter
To develop an on-the-job training schedule as well as to train and coach new Customer Service Officer/ part-timer.
To champion designated A&P promotions and be accountable on all promotional matters
To administer and ensure that the redemption process during A&P promotion is carried out properly and sale of gift cards are carried out in accordance to SOP
To manage tenant's and shoppers feedback/ complaints with professionalism and provide prompt service recovery when necessary
Ensure the customer service counter area and surroundings is clean and organised at all times
To provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessary
Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
Job Requirement
Customer centric personality and positive attitude
Prior Customer Service Supervisor experience in retail mall will be highly preferred
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work 6 days work week, retail hours and shift work
