My client, based in Jurong East, serves as the Asia Pacific regional headquarters for a globally recognized manufacturer and distributor of industrial and automotive batteries. With over 25 years of operational history, the company specializes in the wholesale trade of diverse products, with a strong emphasis on energy storage solutions.

Your new role

As Customer Service Specialist, your task is as below but not limited to:

• Prepared and followed up on international quotations to support sales conversion.
• Managed POs, invoices, and Letters of Credit for smooth transaction processing.
• Coordinated with global partners to streamline logistics and supply chain operations.
• Handled payments and tracked accounts receivable/payable for financial accuracy.
• Maintained customer databases and verified shipping documents to ensure compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, order processing, or a related field within the relevant industry.
• Proficient in SAP for handling order and inventory processes.
• Able to speak mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders and partners.
