Job Summary

Deliver prompt, courteous and solution-focused service to guests by handling enquiries, feedback and service concerns professionally. Support daily service operations by ensuring positive guest experiences, accurate information sharing and effective communication between customers and the service team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests through in-person interactions, calls or digital channels to ensure a positive service experience
  • Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly while maintaining company service standards
  • Handle feedback and complaints tactfully, offering appropriate solutions and follow-up to restore customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Guide guests with clear information on products, menu items, promotions and services to enhance their experience
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by acknowledging guests and anticipating service needs
  • Support service recovery by coordinating with kitchen and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining outlet cleanliness, presentation standards and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Ensure accurate order taking, billing assistance and clarification of charges when required
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate recurring feedback or trends to management for service improvement
  • Support festive setups, displays and service presentation to create an enjoyable dining environment
  • Perform administrative support duties such as updating guest records, documenting feedback and preparing basic service reports
  • Participate in daily briefings to stay updated on promotions, menu changes and operational updates
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow during peak periods
  • Uphold company policies, hygiene practices and service protocols at all times
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure
