Responsibilities: Welcoming members/visitors and assist with checking in Handle telephone calls, enquires, feedback and/or complaints Assist in all administrative and front-line duties (eg data entry, filing records, daily sales reconciliation and daily closing reports) Cheerful personality, Customer Service-Oriented and Friendly Collection of outstanding membership fees Ad-hoc duties assign by Operations Manager Able to work shift hours, 6 days week
