Position: Customer Service (Sea Freight)
Salary: up to $3000
Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
Working Location: Bukit Merah Central (nearest MRT Redhill)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handles the documentation, coordination, andtracking of ocean shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with overseas agencies, co-loaders,shipping lines, and clients.
- Respond to any incoming calls or inquiries.
- Any more ad hoc work as needed.
Qualifications &Requirements:
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Familiarity with Singapore customs software for Tradeweb/Tradepallete.
