Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and resolve shipping-related issues promptly and professionally
Support the sales team by providing quotations, managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for business growth
Coordinate and manage shipping operations, including booking cargo space, arranging transportation and managing documentation for import and export shipments
Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices and packing lists
Track shipments and provide customers with regular updates on cargo status and expected delivery times
Monitor and maintain accurate records of all shipments, transactions and customer communications
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements and company procedures
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Assist with invoicing, cost reconciliation and general administrative tasks related to shipping operations
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 experience in sales support with shipping coordination, preferably familiar with import & export operations
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs documentation and international trade requirements
