Manage end-to-end sales order processing and ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
Prepare full set of export shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, FORM E, and related trade documents
Handle shipping documentation for Letters of Credit (LC) transactions and ensure accuracy with zero discrepancies
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution
Liaise with customers, distributors, and overseas offices regarding order status, shipment schedules, and delivery arrangements
Ensure all shipping and LC documents are submitted within required timelines
Resolve customer enquiries promptly and maintain high service standards
Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to support daily operations
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service / Order Processing / Export Documentation experience
Hands-on experience in preparing shipping documents and handling LC documentation
Familiar with Incoterms, export procedures, and international trade documentation
Good communication skills and able to liaise with regional / global stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP / SAP systems will be an advantage
