Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering professional support and contributing to improving customer relations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
