about the job

This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a proactive professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and technical after-sales support, offering a monthly salary of up to S$/4,400.

• Execute comprehensive after-sales coordination by managing complex customer orders from initial inquiry through to successful delivery.

• Act as a primary commercial interface between global vendors and internal departments including logistics, quality, and technical teams.

• Oversee international shipping operations, including vessel bookings and the preparation of accurate documentation for global trade compliance.

• Manage financial instruments by reviewing Letter of Credit (LC) drafts and coordinating with banking partners to resolve payment discrepancies.

• Generate operational performance reports and provide specialized support for spare parts inquiries to maximize client satisfaction.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum Diploma in a Business or Technical discipline with at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or supply chain role.

• Proven ability to interpret technical documentation or basic engineering drawings to support product-related inquiries.

• Competency in managing international trade requirements, specifically involving Letter of Credit (LC) and global shipping regulations.

• Proficiency in utilizing Tier-1 ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications for data management and reporting.

• Strong multitasking capabilities with a detail-oriented approach to meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
