- Manage customer orders by accurately entering and processing order details in internal systems.
- Build strong customer relationships by responding to enquiries, clarifying order requirements and providing timely order updates.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and delivered according to customer requirements.
- Monitor and track order status, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates and reports.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly, working with relevant teams to achieve effective solutions.
- Support purchase and sales activities, including coordinating orders, documentation and related administrative processes.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the wider team runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
- With knowledge in cash conversion calculation
- Proficient in MS Office
