Your Job

We are looking for a proactive and customerfocused Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for all orderfulfillment activities for assigned customer accounts. In this role, you will respond promptly to customer enquiries, coordinate postorder activities, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

Our Team

You will join the Global Sales & Marketing Division, working closely with Sales Engineers, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Product Managers, and multiple Molex entities. Externally, you will collaborate with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse providers.

What You Will Do

  • Manage endtoend order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely followup on missing or incorrect information.
  • Coordinate customer requests related to order changes, including expedites, pullin/pushout, and order adjustments.
  • Monitor order backlog and initiate proactive actions to meet customer requested dates, informing customers on schedule changes.
  • Analyse forecast vs. actual orders for scheduling agreements and support VMI customer coordination and billing reconciliation.
  • Manage shipping activities including special arrangements, premium freight, dropships, and freight cost agreements.
  • Handle customer complaints using SAP, coordinating corrective actions through 8D reports, credit notes, and related documentation.
  • Process distribution scrap requests in accordance with contractual and company guidelines.
  • Initiate SAP Master Data maintenance (customer master, CMIR, material master).
  • Review customer scorecards and coordinate required actions with Sales.
  • Provide monthly reporting updates and support customer visits with relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere to Molex quality, ISO, EH&S, and TQM systems, following all company processes and policies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Diploma or higher with relevant Customer Service experience.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Good PC literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong problemsolving, communication, negotiation, and decisionmaking skills.
