Your Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for all order fulfillment activities. You will ensure timely and efficient processing of orders, manage outbound shipments, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver superior service.
Our Team
You will join the Supply Chain division in Singapore, working alongside planners, sales engineers, quality, finance, IT, and product managers to support Molex's commitment to excellence in customer service and logistics.
What You Will Do
- Manage order processing via SAP and manual entries, ensuring accurate pricing and timely updates
- Coordinate outbound shipments with freight forwarders and 3PL providers, ensuring compliance with shipping documentation and customs regulations
- Handle order adjustments such as pull-in, push-out, cancellations, and parking orders for scheduled runs
- Collaborate with subcontractors to manage orders, deliveries, and billing
- Address and resolve shipping errors, missing or incorrect data issues
- Manage complaint handling including coordinating corrective actions and preparing quality reports (8D reports)
- Support continuous improvement projects as assigned
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Diploma or higher qualification with relevant customer service experience
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external contacts
- 4-5 bulleted, objective, non-comparable requirements are recommended
