Responsibilities:
- Take order from customers locally and overseas, process booking with shipping carriers and vendors
- Provide customers with constant updates on their shipment status or request
- Ensure smooth operation of airfreight and sea freight shipment, Import and export and crosstrade
- Maintaining a good relationship with overseas agent and new/existing customers
- Attend and resolve customers enquiries and/or complain, ensure that all issues are addressed accordingly
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare full set shipment documentation
- Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned
Requirements:
- At least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Well versed in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Preferably 1 year of experiences in the relevant
- Location: Central!
