Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking) - TK

A large MNC company is now looking for Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking) who is in charge of credit assessment and credit collection.

The Customer Finance Services Representative will support end to end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for assigned markets, including credit management, collections, billing, and dispute handling.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Credit Assessment for new and existing customer in accordance with company credit policies
  • Conduct Accounts Receivable follow up with customer on the payment overdue
  • Manage invoice disputes and cash application issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution
  • Support billing activities, including invoice inquiries and corrections where required
  • Handle other Accounts Receivable related customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve AR issues professionally
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth issue resolution
  • Act as a team player, actively contributing to operational excellence, process improvements, and service quality through clear and effective communication

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder preferred
  • Preferably with minimum 1-3 years of work experience
  • Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility
  • Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic English for internal communication
  • Proficiency in Korean language (Spoken and Written) to liaise with Korea speaking customers in Korea
  • Experience of customer service or other admins will be advantage
  • Ability to communicate with customer patiently and precisely
  • Team player for achieving goal as a team
