Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat. Provide prompt and courteous responses to resolve technical issues and answer queries related to our IT products and services.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related problems by guiding customers through a series of steps or by remotely accessing their systems. Effectively document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and industry trends. Use this knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Solicit and gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products and services. Relay this feedback to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
