Customer Service Representative (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Marymount/Bishan

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the sales department
• Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments
• Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release
• Verify all related costs and charges
• Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
