Job Description

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 9am to 5.45pm
  • Working location: Buona Vista

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process export/import orders and ensure accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits)
  • Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment
  • Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve processes
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics or a related discipline or GCE A or O level certificate
  • Experience in export and import documentation and shipping procedures in Asia Pacific region and Letter of Credit and bank negotiation are essential
  • Minimum 5 years in export or logistics operations
  • Proficiency in SAP is an advantage
