Job Responsibilities:
- Process export/import orders and ensure accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits)
- Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment
- Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve processes
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or a related discipline or GCE A or O level certificate
- Experience in export and import documentation and shipping procedures in Asia Pacific region and Letter of Credit and bank negotiation are essential
- Minimum 5 years in export or logistics operations
- Proficiency in SAP is an advantage
