Maintain professional and effective working relationships with customers
Partnering with customers through planning and strategizing to align goals to achieve revenue targets
Provide maximum support to customers to achieves goals set
Provide personalized service and support to customers to achieve their optimal performance level
Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers of changes in Company policies & procedures
Travel and participate in Company and customer meetings
Conducts external and internal product trainings for customers and employees
Handle product enquiries from customers via calls, mails or one on one consultation
Provide product information, including write ups, for external and internal communications
Develop training module and presentation materials and implements training programs
Manage training schedule and speaker invitations, including preparation of presentation materials
Provide assistance in product expo/exhibitions and other Company events.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE O level
Experience in customer service representative experience
Have exposure towards FMCG/MLM Industry
