Location: Tampines, Singapore
Salary: $3,300 - $3,500 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Immediate Start)
Responsibilities
- Process and generate sales orders accurately.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
- Respond to and resolve customer feedback and issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and third-party providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Verify certificates of analysis/compliance and apply inspection status.
- Prepare and distribute order acknowledgements and daily reports.
- Maintain customer contact databases and filing systems.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or order processing experience.
- Able to commit contract for 6 months period.
- Experience using SAP is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
