Customer Service Rep - Contract till 30th Sep 26

Role Overiew

We are looking a suitable IT Customer Service Representative to support one of our clients project which will end on 30th September 2026. There will be monetary allowances for Meals and Shift work.

Those whom are open to work on short term period and able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays are most welcome to apply.

Responsibilitie

- Acts as point of contact for inquiries and issues reported by internal and external users.

- Monitoring of application/alerts

- Processing calls/emails from external users

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience/background in customer service.

Schdule Of Shifts Work

AM Shift: 08:00-17:00

PM Shift: 16:00-01:00

Night Shift: 00:00-09:00

Shift Allowances

PM Shift Allowance: For Agents working PM Shift - $15 per shift

GY Shift Allowance: For Agents working Night Shift - $20 per shift

Weekend Allowance: For agents working on weekends - $15 per shift

Public Holiday Allowance: For agents working on PH - $15 per shift

Meals Allowance

AM Meal Claims: When only working on AM shift - $20

PM Meal Claims: $20

Night Shift Meal Claims: $20

Transport Allowance

For agents working on PM or NIght shift - $25 per shift
