Job Description

My client is a leading financial services firm with a strong experience on the brokerage from within Asia. They are pivoting towards digital/online trading and are looking for a Customer Service and Operations specialist to come and join them as they venture on to this digital pathway.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Operations Specialist:

  • Lead and execute activities related to the assigned mandate
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Analyse requirements, identify risks, and propose practical solutions
  • Prepare clear documentation, updates, and recommendations for leadership

Requirements of a Customer Service and Operations Specialist:

  • 4+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Proven experience in fintech
