Customer Service & Operations Executive (Artisan French Bakery & Caf)
You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team serving esteemed customers in a vibrant artisan French bakery & caf environment. We are seeking mature, responsible, and service-oriented individuals who take pride in serving customers and supporting daily operations in a professional bakery & caf setting.
Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to corporate, walk-in, online, and event customers
Offer product consultation and recommendations, including value-added information such as allergen awareness and dietary requirements
Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients
Promote bakery products with confidence, care, and product knowledge (training provided)
Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Support daily operations through adherence to SOPs, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives
Assist with order processing, invoicing, stock checks, replenishment, and supplier coordination
Manage and operate POS systems, mobile apps, and laptop-based applications
Monitor and uphold high standards of housekeeping, food hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
Assist in curating and managing menus for corporate orders, parties, and special events
Support process improvement, product testing, and operational efficiency
Take on executive responsibilities with experience, such as staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and reporting
Contribute to sourcing, ordering, supplier management, and basic strategic marketing initiatives, including social media support
Opportunity for work-from-home arrangements for planning, documentation, customer enquiries, invoicing, and coordination tasks, subject to role requirements and experience level
Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
Mature, dependable, and well-organised with a professional attitude
Willingness to learn about artisan bread and pastry products
Able to multitask and handle both frontline service and operational duties
Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery & caf environment
