Job Description

As a Customer Service & Operations Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting customer service operations, managing eGazette advertisement processing, coordinating invoicing and payment follow-ups, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process eGazette advertisement submissions for print publication, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers in accordance with established procedures
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers professionally to facilitate timely collection
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring the confidentiality of customer information
  • Perform general administrative duties, including document management, filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Support the team with operational coordination and administrative tasks as required
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma/GCE A/O Level, Higher NITEC, NITEC or equivalent
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field. Entry level with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
  • A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to delivering quality service
